Below you’ll find answers to questions about shipping when you shop with Meyer Music School Stores.
1. How much are standard shipping charges?
All orders shipped to a home are calculated through United States Postal Service. If you have selected "ship to school" it will be a $5 flat rate charge.
2. How can I find out the status of my order?
You can find out your School Stores order status online immediately after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order when you log in.
You will only be able to track your order through your account if you signed in as a customer when you placed your order. If you signed out as a guest, you will be unable to track your order in this manner.
3. How long will it take to receive my order with standard shipping?
For standard shipping or ship to school, you should receive your order within 4-7 business days. We will notify you in case of delay.
4. How long do I have to return an order?
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your order.
5. How much is shipping on a return?
You will be responsible for shipping costs on returns. However, you may leave the item at your child's school to be picked up by Meyer Music free of charge. Please notify Meyer Music via email for returns.
